In the article, Parenting style and its correlates, Diana Baumrind identified four parenting styles: indulgent (permissive), authoritarian, authoritative, and uninvolved. Using this week’s reading and video, Parenting Styles, as a guide, select one parenting style and write a brief summary of the chosen style. Then, discuss the impact of the selected parenting style on a child’s behavior and family relationships.
